Hallstatt & Salzkammergut Day Tour

Discover World-Famous Village of Hallstatt

The Salzkammergut (Lake District of Austria) is a region of breathtaking natural beauty, alpine charm, and fascinating history. At its heart lies Hallstatt, a UNESCO World Heritage Site whose story began more than 7,000 years ago with Neolithic hunters drawn to its salt springs.

Today, Hallstatt is one of the most picturesque destinations in the world, offering a perfect blend of cultural heritage, natural wonders, and unforgettable landscapes.

Our private full-day tour ensures you experience the very best of Hallstatt and the Salzkammergut, all with comfort and flexibility.

Salzwelten Hallstatt – Explore the world’s oldest salt mine. Slide through underground tunnels, enjoy a multimedia light show, and discover prehistoric salt history with a guided experience.

Hallstatt Skywalk – Ride the funicular up the mountain and stand 360 meters above the village. Take in panoramic views of the lake, mountains, and dine at the historic Rudolfsturm tower.

Lake Hallstatt – Choose from boat cruises, paddleboarding, or a traditional wooden ferry ride for unique perspectives of the village on shimmering alpine waters.

Historic Old Town – Wander through the Market Square, admire colourful alpine houses, and stroll narrow lanes filled with cafés, craft shops, and postcard-perfect viewpoints.

Beinhaus (Bone House) – Visit St. Michael’s Chapel, where over 600 hand-painted skulls narrate centuries of unique local burial traditions.

They are efficient, polite, and incredibly helpful. I've always been thoroughly impressed with their service. On top of that, their private tours are fantastic and highly recommended! Thank you again for the outstanding support.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great and professional service. I booked roundtrip to the countryside (1hr and 30mins from Salzburg, Austria) with this company and they were very friendly and helpful. Their cars are premium. They provided me with Mercedes Benz cars for all my trips. I would definitely choose this company if I wanted any type of tour trips in Europe.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

When we missed our train, Nassir offered to drive us 4 hours out of his way to get us to our destination. He gave us an incredibly reasonable fee and a ton of really great information along the way! He stopped at the best views, shared a great coffee shop with us and drove in a beautiful van. Use this company!!
